What To Expect
Travel comfortably around Osaka with this private, one-way transfer service between Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Downtown Osaka. Get picked up by a friendly and professional driver who will greet you, before helping you carry your bags into the car and bringing you to your chosen destination. Choose from a variety of Toyota vehicles: a 7-seater Toyota Voxy (or similar) and a 10-seater Toyota Hi-Ace, depending on the needs of you and your traveling party. Should you require a return journey, simply book a second transfer in advance and you're good to go! The best part? You'll be able to relax inside the car as you're taken to your destination, without having to worry about going through the crowds and taking public transportation.

Vehicle Options:
7 Seater (Toyota Voxy or similar models): Recommended party size: 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 28" luggage; but can fit groups of up to 6 with 4 pieces of 24" luggage
10 Seater (Toyota Hiace): Can fit up to 9 passengers and 9 pieces of 28" luggage
Please note: A decrease in the number of passengers is equal to an increase in the number of luggage you're allowed to bring

The booking is for a one way transfer only, between Kansai International Airport and downtown Osaka. You will need to make a separate booking should you require round trip transfers
Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party. If the number of passengers and luggages exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to reject the booking and no refund will be issued
No child seat will be provided for the service

How To Use
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
Your driver will wait and pick you up at the airport exit or the appointed pick up point. Please contact your driver when you have arrived at the point. You will receive the driver's contact information one day before your departure date (at the latest, three hours before your departure.) Please take note of the driver's contact information
Kindly launch the International Roaming Service for your phone prior to our departure
Should you have any difficulties, you can also contact the transfer service's airport dispatcher to get quick, 1-on-1 services. Contact details will be provided on the voucher

Surcharges:
The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will be incurred
For all overtime charges, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and you can book the surcharge package directly on JHC
