Vehicle Options:
7 Seater (Toyota Voxy or similar models): Recommended party size: 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 28" luggage; but can fit groups of up to 6 with 4 pieces of 24" luggage
10 Seater (Toyota Hiace): Can fit up to 9 passengers and 9 pieces of 28" luggage
Please note: Please book enough cars for your traveling party. If the passengers and luggages exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to reject the booking and no refund will be issued
Please note: A decrease in the number of passengers is equal to an increase in the number of luggage you're allowed to bring

How To Use
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Pick Up Information:
For arrival service, your driver will pick you up at the airport exit lobby or a appointed location at the airport. Please find the driver holding a Jhc Travel placard or contact them after landing
For the customers who order departure service, the driver will pick you up at the address you left in the order information
Please turn on your phone and keep it available so that the local operator could contact with you when needed
The local operator will update the arrangement 1 day earlier than time schedule (3 hours earlier at the latest)
Surcharges:
The driver will come to pick up accordingly to your pick up time, and wait for 30 minutes at no extra cost. After that, an overtime charge will be incurred at JPY3500 per hour
For all overtime charges, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and you can book the surcharge package directly on Jhc Travel
